As a testament to the value of a great business referral (and great clients), Z Factory’s work with client Ecominders led to an exciting new website assignment for one of Chicago’s best-known local bread companies – Red Hen Bread.

The internet is a dynamic, ever-changing source of information and an invaluable marketing tool for any business. But like many companies more focused on keeping all of their most pressing balls in the air, Red Hen had allowed their online presence to grow stale. So Z Factory, partnering with SCI Solutions, developed a new website that created a strong new visual personality by adding a warm burlap fabric texture (in a nod to the trusty flour bag), introducing the new *HUMANS LOVE BREAD* message, and integrating an easy way to make regular updates to menus, specials and news feeds.

For example, drawing from the chalkboard menus used in each of their three area storefront locations, SCI and Z Factory created a chalkboard-themed twitter feed on the home page that allows each location to connect with customers in real time to announce daily offerings and afternoon deals.
